May 05, 2011 at 8:26 PM

The coaches must first obtain IPA’s coaching accreditation before they can be sent to clubs .
The coaches are trained to deliver the core features of IPA training riding technique, ball striking, tactics fitness and nutrition and are taught how to communicate with clients.
The trainee coaches also follow IPA’s strict code of conduct.
The coaches are monitored by IPA management and are able to access IPA’s central coaching support system.
Selecting the right club for each club is essential.
IPA’s management team listen carefully to the particular needs of the clubs and work within agreed budgets.
The program helps talented young players who are not currently under contract as professionals.
The coaches, available for contracts periods, are closely monitored and updated with the latest advances in the highly specialised IPA's training programs.
