The physical demands of Polo involve complex and co-ordinated movements, ranges of motion, rapid and precise actions and also the physical preparation necessary to reduce the likelihood of injury after inevitable impacts.
IPA fitness consultants have extensive experience working with athletes from novice to professional, national champion to Olympic medallist, with a depth and breadth of experience that is unrivalled in preparation for sport performance. We have worked with a diverse range of sports performers from F1 to triathlon and also compete regularly in events from ultra-marathon running to track sprinting.
